Morisset Hay Shed is a stockfeed shop convenitently located 1minute off the F3 at 3/61 Alliance Ave Morisset. Morisset Hay Shed has only been operating since February 2014 but the owners Tim & Sharn Nagle offer years of experience in the stockfeed business. Tim was raised on a lucerne farm and comes from a stockfeed background while sharn comes from an Accounting/Business background.

 

Tamworth Based Farm, Transport Company, Mill & Bagging Facility
Tim & Sharn's family own a lucerne farm and chaffing mill in Tamworth. The advantage of growing  and chaffing their own produce gives Morisset Hay Shed an edge in the stockfeed market as they can offer their products at lower prices than other local stockfeed shops, who buy their produce from a wholesaler.

 

The Lucerne farm also houses a large bagging facility where Morisset Hay Shed's poultry feeds and dog foods are purchsed in bulk, direct from the farm or mill, and orged into silos and then bagged into their own branded bags. Some products such as the Poultry Grain Mix (scratch mix) is made and mixed right there on the farm, so these products are offered at low prices as the produce is coming straight from the farm to you.

 

Morisset Hay Shed also takes advantage of its family's transport company, which is currently running three semi trailers and one rigid truck both locally and interstate. These trucks run produce to and from Tamwort and assist Morisset Hay Shed to stay competitive in the marketplace as couriers and freight costs are kept to a minimum.
